External Audio Input?

I've got an '03 4Runner with the high-end stereo and 6 CD changer built into the stereo (as opposed to the 6 CD changer that can go in the glove compartment).

I'm wondering if there's an external input audio jack or wiring I can get to in order to hook up to an iPod. I'm not interested in other alternatives (FM transmitters, tape head gadgets etc.) for getting the job done.

For stereos with the single CD changer I know they can add the 6 CD changer to the glove compartment. This implies that those stereos have to have an external audio in; most likely as a subset of a bunch of signals on a connecter in the dash that you plug the 6 CD changer into.

But for units like mine that already have a 6 CD changer, could they accept another glove compartment mounted 6 CD changer?

Any info appreciated.

Extra credit whiney questions:
How can I buy a high-end car in 2003 that doesn't
-understand MP3 formats?
-have an external audio in that is easily accessible?

Thanks,
Eric
