Bimmian.com SPECIAL OFFER: Xenon Superwhite interior lighting replacements!!

As promised....

BIMMIAN has saved the specs for this set and have made the custom kit available to ANY 4th Gen 4Runner owner for the price of $57.50!!

This cost is slightly higher than the price we paid for our massive order of 16 units, but still well under the $75 these bulbs cost individually!! It's a custom kit including all of the following:

4 - doors (bulb: 168/194)
2 - map lights (bulb: 168/194)
3 - dome light (bulb: DE3175)
4 - step/courtesy (bulb: DE3021 or 194)
2 - license plate (bulb: 168)
(plus extras)

They'll ship anywhere in the US and Canada (for international shipping, contact their office directly via their website -- www.bimmian.com)

We're all currently awaiting our sets which started shipping TODAY (Friday, 07May2004) and should arrive shortly (would be shorter if the US customs office didn't hold packages for three days on that end...) so keep checking back for more reviews from other owners.

Thanks again to all who made this buy possible and I encourage any other members to take them up on this offer as well!!

The link: Bimmian Custom Xenon Interior Lights Replacment Kit ($57.50)

Bimmian has also just emailed me regarding a new generation of HID Xenon headlights they're developing called Xenogenesis. Once they're up and ready to ship I'll post the info, so keep checking back!!

NOTE: Depending on your model (Sport, Limited, SR5, etc) the dome lights may be slightly larger than the stock bulb. You can easily manipulate the bulb housing with a screw driver and a pair of pliars. That way you can still take advantage of this offer without having to request a whole new kit (individual custom kits in this configuration would cost $75 -- it's only thanks to the volume we purchased in the original group order that the low price has carried over). To fix the discrepency, just remove the whole bulb housing (switch and all by releasing the clips). Then pop off the back cover (gray metal) behind the bulb. Remove the stock bulb and squeeze back the metal connections with a pair of pliars. The new bulb should then fit in with minor difficulty!! Thanks again to all!!

Looks like its still available. Click on the link at the 1st post. Very easy to install. You will have to bend the terminals on trunk light and possibley in the center.

Not worth it in my opinion. They're not brighter than the stock ones, just a blue/white color. I'm very disappointed for the price I had to pay.

Xenon Lights

I know this is an old post. I was wondering if they still offer it. How about head light?

My Lexus GS has the bluish white interior lights and puddle lights. Honestly, they look real cool, but not very bright at all.

I just got the kit today and installed. I have a few problems, one the tube bulbs for the dome lights are too large. Two I was given 12 penut bulbs, I used 4 for the puddle lights in the doors, 2 for the map lights, and I think there are 2 for the license plate lights (I forgot about these until now and have not checked to make sure they are the same bulbs.) This leaves me with 4 penut lights that I cannot figure out where they go. Anyone else have the problem with the tube bulbs? Can anyone help me with where these other bulbs are supposed to go? Thanks.
