4th Gen Aftermarket Audio System Questions

I have an 07 SR5 with the standard single disc Audio system (non-JBL).

I have an Eclipse AVN 6620 that I have yet to install and will probably be doing it myself. I have installed headunits before in previous vehicles and was successful. If anyone has installed one of these before I'd love to hear any pointers.

I have 2 older MTX Amplifiers I intend to use. (Thunder 81000D 1000x1 RMS @ 2ohm) and (Thunder 6304 35x4 RMS @ 4ohm)

Where should I mount the amps? They are pretty big and wont fit under the seats. The rear quarter panel may fit the 6304 but it would be tight. I would prefer to put them somewhere where they they are hidden. Any advice?

As for woofer(s) I will probably go with a JL12W7 in a sealed box. Not sure whether to try to fabricate something. Any advice? I would be willing to go with a lesser sub if the W7 is too big for a custom enclosure. I just want to get the most out of my amp.

I was planning on doing MB Quart speakers. Haven't chosen a model yet. Any advice on speakers? I was wondering if anyone has been able to install their tweeters in the spot on the front door panel. I'd like to use that spot if possible to avoid mounting the tweeters elsewhere.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
