like life, tires offer give/take. no tire is going to be great for stick on dry hot pavement and give u the same on cold, rainy conditions.
i have the yokos like mike and find them to be 1 of the best "stick" tires on pavement. quiet and good looking, squared sidewalls with an aggressive tread design. my 4runner is primarily an urban bruiser so it's ideal for my needs. the michelins and other tires look like junkyard tires in comparison. the yokos are very sporty.
i didn't have any trouble navigating thru snow, but if you're on snow, best to have snow tires.
