Can I install XM?
Hey, I was just thinking about installing satellite radio in the 4Runner. As I was doing a few searches I was hearing that you can no longer have XM, you have to have Sirius, is that true?

But my real question is if any of you guys have installed XM, and where did you buy it at, cause im not sure really where to look.

Yes you can still buy XM. Go to any electronics store like Best Buy and they can sell it to you and install it for pretty cheap($40) i think. Here is some info on the merge you probably heard about between xm and sirius: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirius_XM_Radio

I ordered the XM kit from toyota and installed it myself. The toyota kit will allow you to use the steering wheel buttons to change channels. Just be sure that they get you the instructions for the kit.
