Nitto Terra Grapplers
Hello everyone,
I am looking to get new tires for my 4runner and I came across Nitto Terra Grapplers. I currently have bfgoodrich rugged trails and I will not pass inspection because lack of tread. I was wondering if anyone has nitto terra grapplers and what they think of them on and off road? Thanks

I have 285/75 Nitto Terra Grapplers and I love them. Amazing wet and dry traction, good in snow and good off road as well.

I found them for $140 dollars. I thought that was a great price but just needed to make sure they perform well. What did you pay if you dont mind me asking? Thanks again for the post and pic.

I had a set on my previous vehicle and they worked great on and offroad, always plowed through the snow, and were pretty quiet for what they could do.

No problem. I paid $165-ish per tire. Would have been in the $140's if I had gone with 265/70's instead. That's probably the best price you're gonna get for them

I got a price today mounted and balanced for $150 each tire. I will be getting them next week and will post a picture. Also gonna put a flowmaster 50 series suv muffler for some nice sound with the K&N Filter.

Solid tire.
Probably overkill if you just stay on road, but from the looks of your avatar it looks like you venture off the beaten path.

i know you already purchased them but i wanted to add a little more. I go offroad on trails, beaches, mud, and snow and love these tires. And they ride great on the road. No road noise and handle great!
I also had a flowmaster(60 series) exhaust installed and loved that.
Here is a clip of some guy who talks to much with a 08 and 50 series installed:

I did put some money down on the tires but they are on back order. I hope to get them by early next week. Appreciate you let me know how they ride. I am on the beach alot during the summer and into fall so this helps.
Thanks for the update and the clip of the flowmaster 50 series exhuast. I am getting the muffler installed tomorrow morning and I hope to have a clip of it tomorrow afternoon. I will most likely post it in the performance section under a new post. I am also attaching a pic of the east coast snow we had. So much fun. The dog had fun to.
