Mounting brackets do work, I am taking about side trim panels that needs to be added to cover ½ inch gaps on each side of Eclipse (Front panel of the Eclipse is not as wide as OEM Radio).

Apparently that post is not 100% correct.. just as I said on my first reply (see above): power and audio connections are plug in play, but not wheel control…
Obviously if you do not have wheel control or you just do not connect them and you do not care about ½ inch gaps on the sides then AVN-50D is plug in play..
