Took some finished pics for ya.

The mini is easy to wire up as well. The port is rectangle and pops right in the stock location inside the console but is a tad smaller than the other buttons on the dash and console. You could make it work there if needed though.

The below Tacoma world thread has great instructions with the pin-outs for the 3.5mm jack and the USB. Only thing I did differently is skipped cutting the cover of the new plug as you will see in the thread he cuts the cover for better access to the back of the plug.

Here's a question for you guys that did the "center console mod":

Im installing a T1808 into my wife's 2003 4Runner SE V8, and in the console there is NO "SPOT" for any jacks of any kind...there's just a plastic wall. I'm sure i'll have to cut through, but id really like it to look like it was OEM.

Did anyone order/use a part in order for it to look OEM and clean?

I just looked on Conicelli's Partz Net, and the part(s) are called the "Center Console Socket Cover", but there arent orderable.

That looks great! I don't think I have enough cable to use that route with my USA-Spec

I think your on the right track, it sounds like you need to order the box below the change holder that the outlets snap into. I'm not sure what option package the part came with originally but my guess is the 115 volt A/C option, so you might want to search for parts from that angle.

If it's USB on either end all you need to do is pickup a USB extension cable. I had enough length on my cable from the HU but used an extension anyway to avoid hacking up the HU cable.

ThreeFiveO, the end that I see is an apple plug. I guess I will have to go digging and hope that the other end is USB! Thanks for the advice.
