Lost my gauge lights after stereo installation

I just installed a JVC-XR810 + HD radio ans SWI-JACK in a 2008 4Runner.
Everything works great except when I turn on the headlights I lose the interior gauge lights. The high beam and gear position lights stil work. When I turn the headlights off the gauge lights work again. Does anyone have any clue what my mistake was? I used a harness and double checked everything. Obviously I went wrong somewhere. Did I need to connect the orange dimmer wire at the harness? Maybe something with the SWI-JACK? Help please!

Did you ever figure this out? I've lost control of my rear windshield wiper and washer fluid. The rear window goes down, but not automatically anymore. Seems pretty weird so I was hoping you might have found a solution.

Roll the back window all the way down and then all the way up. That will reset the auto down feature and then you will be able to use rear defrost

Does the radio dim when you turn on the parking lights? Check your fuses.

I bet you blew the parking light fuse, and I also bet you have a dimmer/illumination wire grounding out. When you hooked up the stereo Im not sure what harnass you used if it was a 70-1761 those harnassas sometimes have an orange, and an orange-black stripe, if either of those wires are hooked up incorrectly they will blow a fuse, check whats behind the radio and if you want be extra safe just disconnect any illumination/dimmer wire and tape it up. Just leave the black, red, yellow, and speaker wires hooked up, and replace the blown fuse and I bet you will be in business again.
