It seems like every one if these “my friend has what you’re looking for” scams never mentions exactly what you’re looking for, and the friend always has a gmail address. There are about 2 billion gmail addresses in the world, and you can’t report a scammer to Google unless you have actually been scammed by the person with the gmail address. Google doesn’t have the time, people or resources to monitor 2 billion email addresses properly.
Also, the scammers’ English usually isn’t very good, which is odd considering they claim to live in the US. For example, BR566 writes “have you get what you’re looking for”. I don’t know anyone who speaks or writes that way. Bad sentence structure too, even for a txt msg. No periods, no question marks, misused commas, etc.

There are several threads in the Wanted section with similarly worded replies to what you are saying. Always with some obscure email, and always "Contact xxx" or "My friend has" and they will copy paste your exact wording on the item, so sometimes the sentence doesn't even make sense.
Admin needs to get a handle on this asap
