Just a quick thumbs up to 4Runner Lifestyle

LSS... I ordered Raptor lights (think what you want) back in January. Nicely packaged, cool stickers (not a sticker kinda guy) and installed them. Noticed condensation a few days ago on two of them. I emailed yesterday wanting to know if there was a warranty for the issue since it been almost 6 months since my order. In less than 3 hours, I had:

1. Thanks. We got your message. We will respond to it within 24 hours.

2. Thanks. We received your order and it will ship soon.

3. Thanks. Here is tracking on your purchase.

No issues. No concerns. Just sent new lights out.

I emailed to say thanks for the prompt service and wanted to know if they wanted the old lights back when I switch them out. They said "Hah! You're all good. Just want you to be taken care of".

Great CS and I will be a customer again.

Gotta love great customer service!! I had just the opposite W/CarID couple yrs ago when I ordered 3rd RED Brake light(For some reason my OEM was white) Their connector was NO where near the what the OEM has & I checked before I ordered & it claimed to fit my 2018 TRD OR. I took pics of mine removed & theirs. Yet they still claimed I was wrong t hen they wanted me to pay for return & wasn't going to refund me for the light. After a few emails & telling how I go on forums & will speak about it they finally refunded me. It was the amount I cared about it was the principle that they were false advertising that that light was a direct replacement and it was not. I still have pics.

they are meh to me, just another drop ship company that advertises things in stock when it isn't.

I've had good luck with 4Runner Lifestyle and Tacoma Lifestyle (same company). Their HQ is about 20 min south of me and they definitely hook it up when there's an issue. They have a massive warehouse of products and maybe 5-6 people working at once so I totally get how they could miss something not being in stock any longer.

Angry Terrible customer service

Ordered Spidertrax from them almost 2 weeks ago. No shipping message yet. No news at all. Messaged them 3 times regarding estimated shipping date. Nothing. It’s like they don’t exist.
Extremely unhappy.
