Avoid 4RunnerLifestyle
I placed an order for DD fog lights on 12/20/22. $380 plus tax/shipping. They charged my card right away. On 12/27/22 I sent them a message about order status and got the automated reply (thanks for your inquiry/we will get back to you/no duplicate inquiries needed). On 1/3/23 they generated a FedEx label, but have not sent anything to FedEx. I sent another inquiry on 1/8/23 and they said it will be 2-3 weeks before I receive them, even though DD has them in stock (and keeps many in stock). I sent a reply asking for a refund, but so far crickets.... Do not do business with this "company".

ive never had a bad experiences from that shop, but in the past with other sellers exact same situation. You place a order thats in stock, 3 days later no shipping label, next thing you know it you're notified its not in stock but CC charged.

Update- After requesting a refund on the order, I (magically) received a FedEx notice on a shipment from DD, which arrived on Wednesday the 11th. I am happy I received my order, but disappointed in the process. In the future I would order direct from DD if I were to buy anything else.

Having problems getting a hold of them myself. Bought a Pro Grille with "4Runner" lettering, but there are no dimples or template to center them. Definitely not as big of an issue as yours, but still annoying/poor customer service.

I recently ordered some bumper parts as well as the Heritage grill with the lettering from them. They were quick to charge me for it all. About a week later I got an email saying they sold out of the grill and just sending the bumper parts. They were pretty quick giving me a refund but it is annoying that I was able to order it online, they charged me then all of sudden say they don't have anymore.
Again, it's not a big deal but annoying.

i had the same issue with them shipping my prinsu rack. Took them three weeks to get it out the door.
Then my son ordered some parts for me for my birthday that we didnt get any tracking on for weeks.
overall bad service.

i avoid them.
They say everything is in stock, and when you order things, they are all dropped shipped from the manufacture, and rarely is anything in stock. You end up waiting weeks. Only thing in stock are their alibaba rebranded products.
I emailed them up to complain, and they said sorry, they will update their website, and they never did.
You might as well order direct from the manufacture and skip the middleman, unless you like their cheezy stickers and rebranded alibaba merchandise.
