Figured I would get some feedback from you FJ owners about our new front bumper design. The front skid will be removable and part of the package. It will be completely bolt on with some minor cutting. This is designed to fit an Engo 10k winch. So fire away

I don't own a FJ, but they are great vehicles and I see them a lot at work. I would have bought a FJ had I not needed a slightly larger SUV and was poisoned by my experience with a S10 Blazer with a pathetic 4.3L (I swore off everything less than 8 cylinders in anything I bought mid-sized SUV and up.)
The bumper design looks great, very sturdy and well thought out. I like the way your recovery brackets on the front look, like a giant carbiner or something was melded into the bumper. Though I do have to admit I have some hesitance about it.
This is my personal taste here and not a critique of your abilities or design, but as a fan of the FJ's unique look. It has grown a soft spot in my heart. But this reminds me a lot of the 4th Gen front bumpers. I would be interested to see a sort of streamlined version of the FJ's existing funky bumper with winglets incorporated into the design.
Again, this is just a personal opinion from someone who admires the FJs for their unique take on design. I personally would want to preserve that if I were making a product specific to that model as much as I would retain a certain design style for parts for my 4Runner. Hope that helps in some way!
