When the key is in the open position its a little lose but nothing to be worried about. Also the button to open and close it gets stuck every once and awhile, again no biggie, I've been playing with it all weekend and its only gotten stuck a couple times. The transponder for my key is very nicely tucked away behind the key. I will probably run another layer of glue over it just to be extra safe. The key is only slightly heavier then a regular key and feels very sturdy. I'm trying to figure out how, if possible I'm going to attach this to my keys. Might take it apart and drill a small hole in the top of the handle to put my key ring through. Also the clip on the back is a little loose, its scratching the paint under it, because mine is silver it won't really be an issue but might be for the other colors. This by far is the coolest key I've owned and I will defiantly be ordering a couple more for my other toys. Here are some pics. last pic shows the scratches.

Awesome you finally got it! Damn USPS was taking forever! But thanks for the review. Now i know what to adjust! the main problem we have had was the key is a little different width so it has to be a LITTLE loose, or it wont open correctly. If it ever gets too lose, tighten the allen key just a little and it'll fix itself. And thats a great idea finding a way to attach it to a keyring. Bummer about the clip though. maybe a small washed between there would fix it?
And if you run glue over it, i recommend a type of silicone, something thats not harsh. I used marine grade silicone for all of ours, and it seemed to work well. Thanks though! If you have any more questions Email/text/PM me, and ill be more then happy to help!
