I have logged a total of 30 nights in it over the last 3 years.
Annex has only been out of its heavy duty canvas bag twice during that time.
It is in excellent condition.
As you know, you can't get better than this in a soft-shell RTT. Had a night in Alabama Hills where a significant wind event ripped through and the next morning, across all the other sites there was carnage everywhere. Ground tents, pop-up tents, awnings, and even one cheaper RTT were destroyed. The Eezi-Awn didn't just survive flawlessly, we actually slept well!
MSRP is $3775 before tax and shipping.
Asking $2200.
Cheers!
