Since the OP mentioned never test-fitting them, a little buyer beware....

These are Nissan-spec Volk TE37's. They have a smaller center bore than Toyotas, 100mm vs 106 or 108 (I forgot the exact spec). They won't directly fit on Toyotas, you will either need to get the wheels' centers bored out or run wheel spacers with a smaller outer bore.

This is not true and an absolute BS. The wheels have ~110mm (~4 1/4") center bore and will fit ANY imported (Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Mazda, etc.) trucks/SUV for that matter. They're JDM wheels and only have one size bore, unlike some of the USDM wheels that have 100mm bore that fit old Chevy 6 lug 4x4".

Don't spread misinformation if you don't know the fact, especially to discredit others, when you have no idea what you're talking about.

For anyone who has specific questions about the wheels, please PM me directly and I will reply promptly.

Had you said it wouldn't fit the SFA trucks (85 or older Hilux/4Runner or FJ40/60 Landcruiser without running spacers, it would've been more informative. Just because they don't clear the outer tie rod end due to positive/high offset, not the center bore/manual locking hubs clearance.

My original reply was not meant to be malicious nor was it an attempt to discredit you, I noticed a possible fitment issue and don't want you or a buyer who may own a 3rd-gen or newer (sorry, I know nothing about the older ones as far as hubs etc) running into complications. And I do know what I'm talking about. Last year someone here had a set of 16x7, 25mm offset TE37s. The seller said they were off a JDM Surf, I did bunch of searches to verify fitment (including the possibility of using Nismos if the price was right). Everything checked out fine so I bought them.

Which brings us to this...

The Volk TE37's sold to the aftermarket, not the Nismos, have 112mm (4.4") centerbores on their 6-lug versions. I'm having issues trying to upload a screen shot of the wheel spec chart but it can be found here https://www.rayswheels.co.jp/products/choose.php

I can verify my 3rd-gen 4Runner hub bores are 106mm, I have hub centric wheel spacers that are 106mm as per the manufacturer.

...which I verified with my digital caliper. I tried to measure the wheel's center with this caliper but the depth rod kept hitting the wheel barrel and spokes were in the way when I tried measuring from the front. Using a ruler the measurement fell between 4 & 3/8" and 4.5",so it's definitely a 112mm bore like Rays Engineering specifies on their site.

...wheel with the spacer, sorry for the crappy quality but there is a few millimeters of space between the spacer's outer bore

Take a close look at the lug hole areas of my wheel and the pic directly above. Notice the bore is so large it basically cuts into the lug nut "pockets"

And now take a look at a Nismo TE37

The Nismo wheel has a noticeably smaller bore.

Hey guys, I found a really sweet deal on a set of Nismo Rays te37x. They are a 16x7 inch wheel. They are forged aluminum and weigh an amazing 14.4 pounds each.
They have 5 inches of backspacing which should work perfectly.....however their center bore is only 4 inches

now I know that the ceneterbore is small, so my next question is....will spidertrax spacers alleviate the need to bore out the hub or will they still need to be machined?
I totally understand why you haven't installed or test-fitted, you run the risk of scratching up a brand-new wheel. To settle the issue about the center bore just grab a ruler or tape measure to verify the center bore size. If it's less 112mm/4.4" you stand corrected and owe me an apology. If I'm wrong, I'll publicly post an apology and will delete my posts on this thread.

Yes, you were absolutely right and I was convincingly wrong. Just measured it with the tape last night and the bore size is 4" or ~102mm (1"= 25.4mm). I also snapped a couple pictures of it but no need to post here since the fact has been stated. I've seen people put these on D21 and even some 720 (with spacers, of course) so I assumed that they would fit Toyota as well.

I wasn't aware that Nissan XTerra and Frontier have smaller bore than Toyota and was confused up between the TE37X "Progressive model" and the Nismo Edition one.

I'll gladly take this post down to prevent any further confusion since I personally do not like to run spacers for fitment purpose.

My apology...
