Looking at getting this kit for my 4th gen here soon. Can anyone offer tips on install on a 4th/5th gen? Jack the truck up, take off driver rear wheel. Does the spring need to come out to weld the back side?

I jacked it up (frame not the axle so it can droop for more work room) and left the tires on. The brake lines you have to bend a bit out of the way but no big deal. No spring doesn't have to come out. I ran it pretty hot to get good penetration and not weld the inside as there's no room. No problems so far.
I took out the bolt, put the bracket on the panhard bar with the bolt. Lined up the bottom of the bracket with the axle and tacked it. I did it that way to make sure my panhard would line up afterwards. Then removed panhard from bracket, weld and paint and done.

You’ll know when you put the panhard bar in either end as you want it level. For mine, because I have 250 pounds on the rear end, 861 OME springs with Bilsteins, I had to use the bottom hole on the passenger side. I also used an OEM bolt for the top hole as added strength. For the drivers side, I used the bottom stock hole with a plate that I drilled holes for both stock and the adapter to also add strength.

This will likely be a stupid question, any plans for a bolt in correction kit in the future? I don’t have access to a welder nor any shops around I’d really trust. I assume using the correct grade hardware you could get the same strength as welding? The bar is bolted in already? Thoughts?

No sir; to make a bolt-in solution as durable requires extensive bracing and I personally don't think it's a preferable solution to a welded mount (consider that all manufacturers weld on their suspension link mounts)
Another company - Delta Vehicle Systems - makes a quality bolt-on solution for the 80 series; check out how complicated it becomes to properly secure a bolt-on solution.
(BTW, I'm a fan of their stuff - if you have an 80 you should definitely check them out)

Wow, that is a ton of extra bracing, that’s a great point and I’m glad I asked! Thanks!

Thanks EIMKEITH! I lifted my 3rd Gen 4 year ago 2.5" and never really noticed any handling issues until I installed a Tepui RTT a few months ago. Driving over 60 on the freeway was a white knuckle ride with the truck swaying back and forth until I took my foot off the gas. I couldn't find anyone else online experiencing the same thing. I thought it could be from 1 of several things: Wind not being deflected properly around the tent, my disconnected front sway bar, and the panhard bar not being level. My first fix was to order the PCK. I welded on the drop side on Sunday. After the paint dried and install complete on Monday, I got it over 80 mph on the freeway without any hint of the truck wanting to sway back and forth.
Well designed and manufactured. I can't thank you enough!

Often wheel alignments are set from rear wheels on a rig. Load up vehicle with your every day kit and go in for an alignment. Your diff has moved due to pck. The load you carry changes many things. Use your everyday load during alignment and minimise wear and tear, and improve safety.
Cheers

got the kit, and trying to lay everything out. I will also be installing billies and tundra springs, and lc springs and tokico shocks on back. This will give me about a 2.5 inch lift.
On the kit for the upper is several holes to locate the track bar into it.( upper) will it be obvoius which one I go for, is it hit and miss. ?
EDIT: Never mind , just watched timmys video on this and did more reading....found my answers

I have the icon adjustable panhard bar. Is this still required and/or recommended? The thrust angle on my alignment is .10°. 0° is ideal but at .10° it’s not bad.

You can reuse the adjustable bar if it can be adjusted down to stock length.
