Northeasterners!!!
SOLD
I am selling my set of Methods and tires off my 4th gen. What you're looking at here is:
(4) Method Standard wheels 17x8.5 et0, machine finish
(4) Goodyear Duratracs 265/70/17 E load tire, (2) 12/32 tread, (2) 8/32 tread
No TPMS (I disabled the light in my 4th gen)
Mounted, balanced, ready to go (notoriously difficult to balance properly).
The vehicle has seen various driving conditions as it was a daily commuter. It's seen some snow living up here, but barely any off-road.
Taking them off there was a little aluminum rust on the backs, completely expected and normal. I took a scuff pad to most of it, and the rest can be removed if you put some more elbow grease into them - easy peasy, and not required if you just want to put them on and go.
The surface of the wheel, as being a daily driver, has various little nicks and debris that may have gotten stuck in the clear coat. Barely noticeable at arms length, you really have to get up close and personal with the wheel to see the little imperfections. Overall though they look great.
I had my shop shave down the centercaps to fit close to the face of the wheel. The centercaps show the most sign of wear, as the shine finish on them has shown some breaks in the paint over the years. The centercaps are easily replaceable (and cheap), but honestly you don't notice since the wheel pops so much.
Offset on these is perfect as to be expected, and someone is getting a good set of wheels and tires that are plug and play.
Onto pics:
