FS: Old Man Emu (OME) Nitrocharger Sport rear shocks 4th/5th gen $100, central MA

Brand new OME Nitrocharger Sport 60004 rear shocks for sale. Installed for less than 50 miles, didn't like the ride with my Moog FJ springs. $100 firm for the set picked up (basically getting two for the price of one). Shipping is extra depending on your location. All hardware included.

What didn't you like about the ride? Just curious, as I'm in the market for a suspension upgrade for my urban assault vehicle that doesn't see dirt too often...

My reason for purchasing them was a good general opinion on the forums and the ability to get them with free two-day shipping on Amazon-- after the top stud on one of my Bilstein 5100s snapped from a relatively minor off-road incident.

The Nitrochargers must have firmer dampening than the 5100s because I immediately felt all the bumps, big and small, in my spine under normal driving. Admittedly I did not look into forum opinions on pairing the OMEs with the Moog FJ springs I have, so I'd be willing to bet there are combinations that work just fine of which I am unaware. It could also come down to personal preference-- maybe I just like the mushier ride I get with the 5100s.
