Looking for some decent condition take offs for a 3rd Gen, OEM, Bilstein, anything that’s fairly priced in SoCal

Not in cali, but I've got my 4runner's (what I assume is) original suspension set in the garage. Front and rear shocks and stuff.

No idea if they are worth a thing

Is the paint on the parts or the plastic bits known to the state of California to cause cancer?
