WTB - 4th Gen Suspension Lift

Hello All,
Located in SoCal
Looking for front & rear suspension for a 2008 4Runner 4x4

Anyone switched out front/rear Bilsteins 5100's or 5160's with springs and have them laying around collecting dust?

Not looking for Kings or Icons, this is a budget build for my son's first 4Runner.

Let me know what you have, I could piece it together if someone has different pieces.

Thanks

I don't know how you guys use your trucks, but if he is not fast, a 5100 all around new is like, what, 400? The Dobinsons twin tubes might be worth a look as well. Those 5100 won't be hard to blow out in the desert I think twin tubes would remain technically functional even when performance degrades (i.e. they don't leak like monotubes like to when done).

The Eibach shocks maybe ok, too, but I am unimpressed with the rear one being so short and cutting down wheel travel (same as stock on a 1" Eibach rear spring). I have a pair of Eibachs as spares and they are ok. If you were local, they would be cheap, but shipping ain't worth the hassle for cheap shocks.

By the way, I have a pair of disassembled Icon 2.0s with new seals but need oil and pressurization. These are meant for a 2" rear lift, maybe 1.5" would work. More than the 1" I have anyway. PM me if interested. Since they are light and have no oil in them, they may be easy to ship. Not suitable for any sustained decent speeds over rough terrain though.

I actually just took out my 5100's from my 2006. Still have the stock springs attached, but can take off if desired. They have about 40k on the set, I just wanted a bigger lift. No leaking or rattling. I had to replace my stock upper and lower bushings, so while I was at it, I just did all new struts/springs. Anyways, got the full set if you want them. I'm in CO but frequently in SoCal visiting family if you'd rather avoid shipping fees. Let me know!

Hi, new 4th Gen 4Runner owner here that's been doing the same as you via OfferUp. I got a great deal on a rebuilt Icon Stage 2 Kit a week ago, so I'm willing to pass on the brand new rear Bilstein 5100's and near new (200mi) ToyTec Superflex HD springs I got through there for what I paid ($290).

I'm in San Diego.

Thanks for the offer, let me research those springs, I think they're a little HD than I wanted to go initially.
