FS: Icon 14" x 700LB Springs, San Jose, CA $200

Selling a set of nearly brand new 14" x 700LB springs for Icon 2.5" coilovers (Icon PN 158508). I used them for about a week, but ended up going with a different spring. Springs are in great condition and have maybe 100 miles on them. Some slight cosmetic damage to the powder coat from the spring compressor, but not very noticeable.

Looking to get $200 for the pair, but open to reasonable offers. Purchased them for around $250 from Wheeler's. Springs are located in San Jose, CA and mainly looking for local buyer's only.

I assume you had these 700# springs because you are heavier in the front? Curious what spring you went with?

I ended up with the 650# springs from Icon. I think the combination of the 3 ply tire sidewall and the heavier spring made the ride uncomfortable. I also don't have as much weight in the front that these springs probably need.

Right on.. Yes, if there's no additional weight on the front the ride is pretty harsh. I had removed a previous metal bumper and sold it and was waiting on my new bumper so I was naked up front. During that time, my truck needed to be smogged so I had to drive it down the street. Just that short drive (2 blocks) was horrible. I felt every nuke and cranny on the road.
