FS: 4th Gen "Deep Lip" Satoshi Grille

I made this over the summer for my 4th Gen but have decided to swap it out for a body color limited grille. If you have ever attempted to make a deep lip Satoshi for a 4th gen you know it's VERY labor intensive and involves more sanding and fiberglass cloth, bondo and more sanding, followed by more sanding that I care to remember. You would be hard pressed to find someone to make one for you for this price.

Mesh is honeycombed stainless steel I purchased from Grainger painted with the following:

1 coat of self etching primer
3 coats of Krylon Semi Flat Black Rust Tough Enamel

The honeycomb is "open" enough to allow you to mount lights behind it and actually have them be effective. That is why I picked this mesh as that was my original plan.

Nothing wrong with the grille, I'm just going for a different look. $220 OBO plus actual shipping via UPS Ground. I have the box that my limited grille just arrived in and it will be shipped out to you in that. I would guess that UPS would run approximately $25. The paint color is 1F4 - Shadow Grey Mica but can easily be repainted by a body shop or rattle canned with the same paint used for the mesh, plasti dipped etc. Its been on the truck for about 3K miles and has a few tiny road rash chips. Price includes the TRD Grille emblem. Pics below:

Price Reduction:
Was asking $220 plus shipping. Now $199.99 + actual UPS Ground Cost.

Best Regards: Jim

What is involved for removal of the original grill and installing the one for sale? Can't be to complicated I would think.

I would be all over this if it were Galactic Grey. It is a very labor intensive job and this one is well done!

Unfortunately it will not fit any 4Runner model from 2003-2005
