Just so we are clear, you are talking about the Turn signals in the bumper, correct?
If not, the side markers next to the headlights don't blink and you want side marker lights not Blinkers.

Rear cupholder is present, one of the arms the tip is broken off. Still functions.
Reiter is open....sorta. One "Honda Civic" rated trail open lol

If the passenger side is good we'll take it. That's too bad about reiter, I really loved that place. I spent every weekend there, tried like hell to make the lake isabelle trail but never could go very far past the tree bridge before it got too hairy. I did make the wall trail. From what I understand I was the only LWB Chevy to make it that year. Oh yeah shipping to 36362.

The pass side arm is the broken one 
I have been to the Tree Bridge, but when I went up it was washed out. Not worth trying to make it across with 33's and IFS! I made the wall trail many times, albeit not the super deep pit. Watched a Jeep with 49's get stuck in there
