How much are people paying to have these pieces cut via waterjet or CNC?

I'm not a professional welder or fabricator, so its really difficult for me to estimate the weld hours. But yes, there is quite a bit of welding. Maybe you could show them some pics of the bumpers, and let them know that every seam has to be welded. Then they could get an idea of how long it would take?

I've seen estimates range from $200-$350.
Guys: Feel free to PM me, and I can send you some more information.

Hey Bandit,
I think it was on Yotatech I asked about the rear with swingout. Looks like there's more activity here, and luckily, I stumbled upon this thread...
Big shout out to Bandit Runner...bumper design!
I gotta say, this is the bumper for me. What needs to happen to order one? Do you have any info/mounting hardware list available for the install? I'm gonna have to do this in stages (main bumper first, swingout fabbed later and left unmounted, latch and securing hardware with final assembly even later in the winter/spring.)

Any Chance for 4th Gen?
Do you think you'll ever do a 4th gen build?
Just curious!

I'm sure if someone bought him a 4th gen to work off of he'd do it

Hi Chris,
Sorry, I didn't see your response on YT. I don't get on there very often any more.
Just send me a PM with your email address, and we will work out the details. Building the bumper first, and the swing-out later should not be an issue. I provide a complete list of all the necessary hardware, including fasteners, hinge, bushings, latch, etc.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Very interested in your bumper plans!
I am new to forums and I don't think my attempts to PM you were successful. I love your bumpers. I'm a sheet metal fabricator. This is right up my Alley. I just purchased my first runner this weekend. A 2000 sr5. I like the front bumper without the tubing gaurds in front of the grill. And I love the rear bumper. And chance you have figured out the swing out spare tire rack yet? If not I can fab one up. Also if possible a rough estimate for quantity of sheets needed so I can price that out. If I have to wait for purchase that's totally understandable.
Thank you for your time and thank you for all the hard work in figuring out a beautiful diy bumper for us hands on guys.
Please PM me if my PM didn't go through. I apologise for any inconveniences. Rookie in the house.
Sturge.
