I tried shipping these in boxes I cut to fit and had a lot of problems with stuff moving, hardware falling out, etc. I learned a lot from when I made these for Tacomas... Takes a lot more than just knowing how to fab haha. I learned a lot of R&D goes into packaging and shipping too... It's a super pain in the but haha.
So the list goes up the beginning of every month, two weeks for sign ups. Then I order all material, fab, and have them sent out hopefully by the last day of the month. I need to make additional welding fixtures this first time around so it's gunna be a challenge for me...
PM your PayPal email and your final choice and I can send you an invoice for the $50 deposit (needed to order laser cutting$. Let me know any other questions, happy to answer!

Just a thought on Style D. Any chance you could just make it so the tube gets bolted on to the brackets? Might save you time in welding and also save us cost in shipping?

I wish it were that simple. It is a good idea, but there are two problems.
First, even if I was able to make just the tube bolt on, there is still a 32" long tube I have to ship in the mail... Plus I would have to weld a threaded insert into the tube (those are expensive to buy or make) or a plate with bolt holes, which is what I am basically already doing.
Second, the frame brackets are part of the bulk, so even if it was just a tube, the brackets take up some space and I would need the same size box. Along with that, it already has two places where it bolts together (the frame and at the grill). Adding more places for it to bolt requires more hardware and more places for things to move which could cause vibrations.
I am with you, wish I could get the price down but I think the product you get for the price is very fair. I know other companies sell their products painted for the same price for other models of vehicles... But those are mass produced in China, and use thin and cheap material. They vibrate, bend easy and people have problems with them. I know when I was selling Tacoma ones people were selling there cheap ones to get these higher end ones. My goal is to make the very best product for you guys, something that will always meet your expectations. In order to do that I have to do things the way I have designed... I am very picky with what I buy and don't want to make something for you guys I wouldn't buy myself. I would rather sell less products that are great than more products that are of lower quality... Maybe that's why I will never end up doing this full time, haha.
I hope this explains things, please let me know if you have any questions!

@ swanny
you should have 5" from the post on the light to the closest spot on the grill, which does slope back so you get more more as it goes up. This is with the tabs being behind the bar. It is 7.5" if the tabs are in front.

Just ordered up a whole bunch of light tabs and gussets for the first round! Getting all my CAD drawing all squared away today so that I can place my order on laser cutting as soon as our two week ordering period is over. Can't wait guys, I am getting a Style A for myself, haha!

Sweet! Hella shows 89mm or 3.5" depth from the mounting stud on the 4000 so there would be plenty of space.

I will be doing orders the first two weeks of each month. So after the 15th, you will need to wait until 1 Mar to order again. I do this because I have to place large orders with the laser cutter, so this allows me to build up an order. I am just a guy, not a shop so I don't have a lot of cash to throw at making big orders and having an inventory. I will cut a few extras just in case someone wants to scoop one up in a hurry.
