Do these mount to existing bolts, or do we have to drill and tap new holes for them?

No drilling required. They mount under your hatch bumps.

I'm leaning towards going back to the 3 Hole design since some people have expressed interest in those.
How soon is soon? I may have a driver side, and a passenger side at the shop. I don't plan on getting out there for a couple weeks though.

I'm interested in a driver side "t4r" or a "trail" design as most people use CBs and antennas on the trail...
