I'm not in a rush, soak the nuts & bolts with WD40 for a week before trying to remove them. If all 4 nuts are still attached I can always wire wheel the brackets & paint with a rust converter. I used an impact on one & bent & broke it on removal. The other one came out ok when I used my 1/2" ratchet & breaker bar. If you only get one out undamaged that would be ok too.
