3rd Gen: 1997 5VZFE engine parts, NE Missouri
Bought this 97 with a blown head gasket on one side, ended up just going the JDM route. The following parts I have and don't need from the 97:
Both Heads-Passenger side had the HG failure, but I cannot see any evidence of a cracked head. I have no way of checking warpage.
Camshafts available
Intake Manifold
Inner, upper, and lower timing cover with sensor
Both Valve Covers
2 Toyota OEM coil packs (I'm keeping the 3rd for a spare)
Flywheel
The doodad the fan mounts to (can't think of what its called right now)
I also have the following that I stripped of the JDM engine and that someone might be interested in:
Fan and fan clutch
Power steering pump- New style like what is on my 2000, slightly different than the one on the 97.
Both Plenums
Alternator (Part #27060-62220)- Doesn't have the same drive pulley as the 4R. I googled it and it showed up as the stock alternator for Tundras, probably a little heavier than the 4R unit.
