How's the driver side rubber door seal? mine has a crack on the bottom.

Probably worn. Yours is not bad compared to a lot of them I've seen. New is your best option if you want a perfect one.

If you can get it out without breaking it i'll give you 40 for it. Is that shipped? I don't really want to drive down that far. I have tried getting a few of these but they always get broken
