It's made from Baltic Burch, cut to fit over the front tiedowns and goes to edge of rear trim at rear hatch opening. I put a couple or so coats of spray liner top and bottom. In the pic, the circles are just imprint of round bases from a storage set up I had on it. No damage/indentions. The front (right side in pic) on the bottome is cut to sit on front tie down anchors so platform is flush/level with side molding.

Remove the rear tie-down points just behind the seats

Drill out holes in the rear so the OEM bolt holes could be accessed and put a couple holes in the foam for access.

Remove top carpet, lay this down and secure with front/rear bolts. It will come with hardware for front and rear.

No holes drilled as other rear plates but wouldn't be too hard to measure out and use some T nuts to secure whatever.

I took out the carpet but left the foam in when I had it in. Made it about level with the top. Just made a couple holes in the foam and had to cut out holes through the metal base by the rear to access the threaded holes for the bolts by the hatch if one wanted to use them. Front is bolted to the front tie down holes with longer bolts.
