I bought these from SRQ Fabrications and recently replaced them with an LED version by Snowbound Customs.
They come with all of the wiring intact, but no ballasts (or relays). The passenger light color is slightly warmer than the driver side, but I believe that was due to a bad ballast. At least, they started out the same color temp!
They are sold as-is with no guarantees but I can assure you they worked great through the life of the usage (since they were installed in 2018).
