TRD SC 4Runner for Sale - Input Needed

I have a line on a 2001 4Runner SR5 and I'm looking for some opinions.

Here's the rundown:
Black / Beige
Sport Package (silver trim)
4x4 - E-Locker
Auto Trans
208,000 Miles
TRD Supercharger

The exterior is damn good and there is minimal rust on the chassis. Never lifted, stock except the TRD Supercharger.

The car was owned for the past 13 years by an owner of a Toyota dealer and all maintenance was kept up. However, it just got hit with a Strawberry Milkshake so he's thinking about getting rid of it.

What would a fair price for this be? If I could get it for $5000, then do a new Trans ($1500?) - $6500 all in seems fair if not great for what I get. Shoot, maybe even swap to manual while I'm at it...?

Appreciate any input.

If you can get it even for $6,000 and take your chances with a trans flush you're still good. Get a used trans if you need one, won't run you $1,500 for that.

Manual swap would be super cool but not as easy as you think. You'd have to change the transfer case and I believe there are some other ECU issues to contend with on the '01-'02 trucks. (can't swear to that though)

$5000 for a 200k+ truck with a bad trans? I could be off, but I wouldn't pay more than $3500 for that truck, supercharger or not.

I'm less scared of mileage than maintenance... and this has a STACK of paperwork, all done by the Toyota dealership with OEM parts.

Trans is still in question. Like Pitbull said, I could get lucky... but I gotta prepare for the worst.
