-Rock chips from freeway on hood.
-Bottom right lift gate corner scratched
-Driver lower seat bottom (pictured)
Functional
-Infamous clock, always the right time, but sometimes very dim
-Rear Shocks are Monroes. LOL. (sorry. I bought them as temporary. I have uninstalled tundra bilsteins but never got to the rear lift.)
-Some Rust. Sounds scary, but honestly, its not too bad. I've seen way worse on here, and it could use some love. its surface rust, no loss of structural integrity. Feel free to check it out as much as you want!!! Floor boards are not rusted. Rear axle is still good. Gas tank skid plate has the worst rust and it makes it look worse than it is haha.

Reason For Selling
Quick Answer I want a 5 speed manual.
Long Answer:
Quick 4x4 History: Chronologically I have owned; 1986 4runner 5spd 22re, 1993 Toyota Pickup 3vze 5spd, 1986 4runner 5spd 3vze, 1987 SAS 4runner 22re 5spd,
I sold my last 1st gen 4runner when I got news of our first baby!! The wifey complained about the 2 door and carseat access and its old and ugly blah blah..
Thats how I ended up with the 3rd gen. As far as capability and comfort, the 3rd gens win hands down... especially with the diff lock. This was a great compromise for my new family and still being able to keep a 4x4 capable rig....
however after owning this rig for a little bit, I have
greatly missed manual transmissions. My personal cars were always manual... this was my first auto... and now I want to go back!!!
I bought this 4runner with intentions to keep it because of the very detailed service records it came with from toyota, but I'm buying a 2000 4runner 5 spd tomorrow!
