Selling 99 4Runner SR5 in great driving and cosmetic condition.
This has been my baby for the past 6 years and I took very good care of it. Always garaged and kept up on all the maintenance. Oil changes every 3k. Sadly, it's time to let go. I recently acquired a new hobby in which I need a truck with a bed so it's time to sell.

Braking improved greatly after this mod

-B&M external transmission cooler and external transmission fluid filter (never have to worry about the dreaded pink milk shake in the trans or radiator)

-Optima red top battery

-lifetime warranty window tint on all windows (windowtints etc in Lawndale)

-Wind deflectors on all 4 windows

-Aftermarket JVC headunit

- 16" Tacoma steel wheels ( I think these came with the off-road package option on 1st gen TRD Tacomas)

Recent Maintenance:
Timing belt, fuel injection service, new water pump at 151,600 miles
Replaced all three engine belts with oem replacement
New front and rear bilstein shocks
Transmission fluid change (dropped trans. pan, cleaned filter, scraped off old gasket and installed new gasket, replaced drain plug crush washer) @204,252
New air filter
Replaced rear differential
New front spider yolk and u-joints on drive shaft
A/C recharged
Both rear axle seals replaced
New Denso iridium spark plugs and Denso spark plug wires
MAF sensor cleaned
Throttle body cleaned
New intake hose (inner hose that connects to throttle body)
New Denso Front and rear oxygen sensors
4 New Hercules A/T tires
Just smogged this month

Interior:
Oak color
In pretty good shape.
No tears on front or rear seats
Rear carpet has some damage from previous owner

Other Things I Would Like to Share
Getting about 17-18 mpgs combined highway and city
Never gave me any major mechanical problems except when my water pump began to leak. But even then she got me home and to the dealer to have it changed. Other then that, it starts everyday and is the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned aside from my Lexus IS300. Never left me stranded or frustrated. This is a dependable truck. Used it as my daily driver for the past 5 years

Connections to install an amplifier and sub are still in tact. I simply removed my sub, amp, and the fuse going to the amp power cable. Radio is still wired to accept an amp and sub if you wish. All connections are there. All you have to do is connect an amp and sub if you wish

No accidents. Clean car fax.

Everything works. A/C, all windows, rear window, moonroof, all locks, over drive, no gear slippage or rough gears with trans (shifts very smooth)
Engine is still full of torque, Step on the gas and she goes!

The only problem I can think of is the radio antenna is broken. The motor still works but the retractable antenna was broken off.Never bothered to fix because I hate listening to the radio anyway. I just play my own music

This really is a great truck and anyone who knows these 4Runners knows they will go and keep going for many many miles compared to today's standards in automobile manufacturing.
