I am sure you put a lot of time and effort into this, placing an axle under and IFS rig is far from easy. The build is decent and you have a list of excellent parts. Unfortunately with the high miles and the rig being recently built people will stay clear because most will think there are issues with the build or mechanical issues. I am not saying there are any, but I buy and sell a lot of that is what I gather from the majority of buyers.
If you are not hurting to sell this, wait it out and the right buyer will come. If you are trying to sell this quickly, price is under 9K and I would imagine it will be gone in a couple of weeks.
Try other sites, Pirate 4x4, Toyota World, Glamis Dunes.. etc.. OH and edit the price in the title ;-)
What are you going to build/buy next?
Good luck with the sell.

Yeah I hear ya. This is my 3rd vehicle with the 3.4 and I've had zero problems motor wise even this one at 269,xxx miles. Its hasn't given me a problem even with the minor leaks. However, I can see how most buyers would be leery with the high mileage and salvage title.
An SAS isn't cheap when done right. Plus the amount of hours of labor put into it adds up quick. How bout I save you the trouble of SASing a 4runner and just buy mine??
Eventually I'm looking to build a 4th gen but just keep it mid travel w/ IFS.
