I bought this 1 year ago as a weekend car for the family, not daily driver duty. I commute via train, so it doesn't get driven much. With another child on the way (#3), need to get something bigger for my wife, and I will take her car. No liens, pink slip in hand.
The car is stock, all maintenance has been done. Comes with two smart keys and the trans flush was done with the last oil change (done at dealer). All fluids have been replaced and the rear main seal was just replaced at 85k miles. No leaks and tires have plenty of life left on them. The only modification from stock has been the addition of the Toyota factory 2015 trail edition 17 inch rims with nitto terra grappler tires in lieu of the 20s.
Has 3rd row, navigation and is in very good condition. According to the previous owner, the car did get sideswiped, so the rear quarter has been replaced, but I had a pre purchase inspection done on the car and the frame rails and everything were straight, the repairs were clean and there were no issues with unusual tire wear or panel fitment. There is no accident reported on car fax.
