You might enjoy battling with the teen over which 99 is more fun to drive.
Mine is lifted, every replacement part with an eye to upgrading.
Greaseable Lower Ball joints and front sway bar bushings, Brembo rotors, Borla muffler. Has the locker and the actuator does actually work.
Euro style Hella side markers, supplemental lighting, ARB bumper-too much to list.
I just picked up my 4th gen V8 in March-I feel your pain. It's a great drive but the 99 is much more trucky in my book. Pre-wired for powered subwoofer in the cargo area. That will get the 16 year olds attention any day.
