FS: CO 1998 3rd gen SR5 5spd Kings, Bumpers
1998 4Runner SR5 4WD Originally White/tan interior
5 spd manual transmission
275k miles on body/ ~70k miles on motor
Clean Colorado title
Located in Denver, CO
Coated in Monstaliner Desert Sand bedliner
Frame/body is in good condition for an offroad rig. Rear seats were removed. Could use new front interior door panels and center armrest cover. Center console has aftermarket switch panel, but nothing is hooked up yet. Wiring is in place for the Moromoto lights, but not hooked up. Rear wiper does not work and was partially removed. Rear window does work. A/C works and blows cold. Could probably use a new HID wiring harness as the driver side bulb doesn’t always want to light up. The aftermarket muffler makes a great sound with cracks and pops under deceleration, but is rather loud. Frame is in great shape with just a bit of surface rust. The side mirrors are heated units, but I never got around to wiring them up. The windshield was replaced last summer.
The Whiteline Elastomer LCA bushings and the Total Chaos UCA’s do make a lot more sound than OEM, but should be expected. I have not done any trimming for the 33’s but it will be needed for actual wheeling off road. I’ll include the OEM airbag steering wheel with the sale. It has a top of the line Compustar alarm installed by RSG Offroad. If you want remote start that can be added to the system for $100, I just never got around to it.
I just picked up a new Colorado ZR2 for overlanding and I’m building out a lifted Ford Transit van so I haven’t had time to use or work on this 4runner lately. It’s a very solid vehicle with a lot of maintenance and upgrades done with little mileage put on since.
Asking $9,500/obo
Before you comment on the price being high please read all the maintenance items that have been taken care of recently and consider the newer motor that was swapped in. I'm trying to avoid lowballer offers.
