Well, I am parting ways with my 4runner. This thing has almost been rebuilt from the ground up. You can check out my build thread for all the work I have put in.
I will consider hauling it to buyer, but would require enough money up front to pay for gas
Details:
2000 Toyota 4Runner 4x2 Auto 227k Miles on chassis, 147k Miles on donor engine.
Asking: $8,000
Title clean, clear in my name
I am 4th owner (or 5th cant remember)
Getting straight to it:
The Bad:- No AC
- Engine has been replaced so odometer mileage doesn't engine mileage
- Typical driver side tear in seat
The Good:
Donor Engine is uber healthy, please see my build thread to see items replaced. Keep in mind, the donor engine for all intent and purposes could have just been thrown in my truck and run like it was. But I went ahead and replaced everything I could while it was out. All OEM parts with receipts.
I did the rear axle seals, its got a brand new 4.10 3rd member (and yes, the 3rd member was purchased from toyota for $1,400
Tires have 7k miles on them, 275/75R16's Bridgestone KO 2's, Load E (a bit stiff) probably will outlast the truck.
Inspection is good till August.
Suspension was updated as well, everything from white line front control arm bushings, lower ball joints (OEM) and SPC UCA's.
I have receipts that go with 90% of this stuff (no receipt for engine since it was a private sell), I have the ones I got from the dealership already ready here, I can dig up the others if needed.
Here is my one and only recent picture, like I said its not much of a looker for me its just a stupid classic reliable toyota 4runner now
But its time for me to move onto my next project
