I have a 2008 4runner with 89k miles. Color is black, v6 engine. It is the Urban Runner package so came with nicer suede/leather seats.
Inteior is 9/10
Exterior has some scratches here and there, mostly small stuff besides passenger side which was lightly side swiped by previous owner and went through to black primer in some spots. Since the truck is black it's not really that bad looking so I never got it fixed. It left no dents or anything, just left some scratches.
I bought the truck with around 50k miles on it 3 years ago from the original owner. He had windows tinted and put an aftermarket head unit in which is nice because I can plug my iphone into it to charge, play music, and navigation goes through car speakers. I added 265/65r18 Nitto Terra Grapplers and 2.5/1.5 Daystar lift/level kit.
At 57k I did:
brake pads, rotors, front calipers, and fluid.
Front diff, transfer case, and rear diff fluid
spark plugs
engine and cabin air filters
I just changed both front wheel bearings and driver's side CV axle not even 1k miles ago. The boot had a small tear on the CV and the wheel bearings were getting loud.
The frame has some typical light surface rust, nothing major at all. For some reason the skid plates rusted the most so they were the only thing I was going to actually take off and replace underneath, was going to do a nicer skid plate.

You can kind of see the scratches on the passenger side in some of those photos.
The rola rack, wheel spacers, and HIDs were already swapped over to my 5th gen. I put the stock crossbars back on, and stock halogen bulbs back in. I will get some better pics ASAP and actually put together a for sale thread. My price will be 13k for it! Only reason I am selling it is because my wife has a 5th gen, we have another kid on the way and will need something with 3rd row seating so I will be taking the 5th gen!
