New to the T4R forum, but I rebuilt a 2001 SR5 4x4 recently, as my previous 4runner was totaled in 2006.
Unable to post as I just joined, but...
FS: 3rd Gen 4runner SR5 4x4 with 93k original miles (I'm the 3rd owner).
2001 T4R has clean title, is supercharged with Magnuson's Eaton MP62 forced induction system on the 5VZFE 3.4L V6, fitted with a 2.1" pulley.
Truck also has the URD 7th injector kit installed, along with aFe air intake, an upgraded Walbro fuel pump, Denso IK22 spark plugs, NGK plug wires, Doug Thorley short headers, and a Borla straight back exhaust.
The suspension and brakes were slightly upgraded with OME springs, Bilstein shocks, slotted and drilled Toyota Sequoia rotors with Tundra calipers in front, and Tacoma rotors and calipers for the rear wheels.
For the interior, I've installed a fuel pressure gauge and transmission temp gauge on the A pillar, and a vacuum/boost gauge & air/fuel ratio gauge in front of the instrument panel.
The stock stereo was replaced with a Pioneer dual DIN touchscreen navigation system, and interior speakers (Polk front components & Kicker rears) are run by an Alpine under one of the front seats. Underneath the other seat is a JL Audio amp that powers a 12" JL Audio sub in the trunk.
Truck just passed a STAR SMOG station test, so my CA tags should be good for another year, plus the renewal.
To be honest, I don't know how much to ask for the truck, as several used car lots have offered between $6k and $9k...
I'll likely post of CL Los Angeles & CL Orange County, as I live on the border of Irvine and Newport Beach.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance !
Victor
