We are selling our great off road trailer with a James Baroud roof top tent. This is a 2018 New Wave trailer. We have owned this for a couple years now and have loved it but the time has come to move on. We love the design and functionality of this set up. My wife and I sleep inside and our two boys are up top in their nest. They love camping and this makes it so much easier. We keep all our camping gear in the trailer and we can be out of town in 30 mins if we want. Below is a list of everything that comes with it.

The back fully opens up and there is a large shelf that unfolds for food prep. The propane tank is in the back as well as the fire extinguisher.

I am 6' 1" and sleep inside with no issues. Stays very warm at night in the cabin. Can always open one of the three windows and turn on the fan if you're too warm, or crank the AC! My wife will spoil our boys and run a electric blanket for them up in the tent. The next day the solar panel charges the batteries and were all good to go.

This trailer qualifies for the permanent trailer designation in CA so there is only a $10 fee every 5 years to register it! I have the clean title in hand.
