Nice pics buddy! Neither a stuck Jeep nor a sliced sidewall could dampen the day.

Hey, so I am looking at your CB install, and I have two questions. How do you like the mount you used, the Comet RS720? In particular, how do you feel it will hold up in the long run?

Also how do you like having it mounted lower on the hatch? Do you have to deal with it springing back and hitting the rear of the vehicle often?

I really like the look of the antenna mounted on the rear of the vehicle, and I think that is what I am going to do as well. I just need to get everything ordered. All thats left is the mount.

Hey man it's funny you ask about the mount now as it just broke a few days ago. It broke right where the antenna mounts to the bracket. My guess is that the antenna moving around it the wind eventually fatiqued the metal enought that it failed.

My solution was to get an 1 1/2" wide piece of 1/8 thick flat sock and make a new L bracket which worked out great.

The rest of the bracket which connects to the hatch is holding up really well. As for the antenna hitting the rear of the truck, yup this happens a lot while off roading and is the reason I have a tennis ball where I do, but this has caused some scuffing of the clear coat too.

Recently I have been thinking that I may go to a two foot antenna with a folding mount and put it up on the rack.

Hope this all helps you out bro, if you have any more Q's don't hesitate to ask

Pic of the intake, sorry forgot to get a pic of the muffler while it was still on the lift but it looks like a muffler hehe
And ya I know...but I didn't have any black zip ties.

Had to relocate this little horn, it's the one you hear when your traction controll wigs out, it hides between the air box and inner fender wall. After all was done I had a CEL, the 4LO light flashing and traction controll light lit Thought I pinched a wire under the box so pulled it out to find nothing Turns out the little horn had a crappy ground in it new locale, scraped of a little paint from the bracket and it all worked a treat

Do u have a link for the intake?

I pieced it together, when all was said and done I ended up at 4/3-ish. Call or visit MetalTech for the actual factory specs.
