The first project is to tidy up the rough as guts paintwork. The previous owner has attempted to repair most of it but it still needs work so i sanded everything back with a 200grit paper, then wet sanded with a 800grit until smooth. then i wiped down with turps and applied a coat of rust kill primer.
Once dried i applied a thick weave of metal filler bog (see beasty hole below
) and now i'm waiting for it to dry overnight.
Should be able to sand down prime and apply paint tomorrow if the weather holds up.
