Nearly imported a forest green one with beige interior 15 years ago that needed some TLC, but the British mechanic that did a thorough check on the engine for me recommended against it. Wouldn't spend the money on it these days, with other priorities.

Now, if someone were to hand me the keys to one...

Iím not really into owning a garage queen, like a million dollar supercar, but I could see myself in one of the following as a daily driver. In the order of what I would actually want.

You are not wrong, and not a lot I modern cars I would consider owning these days without some type of extended warranty coverage. You figure if one can afford to drop coin on a 200-250k car or truck, one can likely afford to maintain it properly.

For us peasants driving Toyotas, itís pretty easy to cringe at the cost of maintenance, including a simple oil change.
