Well i bought my 4runner in Feb. 09 the same time my dad bought a 1995 Defender D90. And while waiting for parts for the 4runner to come in, i got to drive it around till september when my dad sold it, he wanted new windows in the house.
I love that truck, and will be purchasing an older Defender in the near future.

1999 Camaro z28
Camaro stays while I bought my dad's 2000 Dodge Ram Sport
About a year later, Ram goes, Camaro stays but eventually goes. Got the 4Runner
W/the Tundra (replaced the ram for my dad) as it sits today.
And then some other cars once the 4Runner was here, to replace the Camaro. Trans am ws6, Corvette z06, Cobra, soon to be another z06 or c6.

Nope, I got the lazy man's geartronic automatic. Which, in 06, they de-neutered it so it didn't have the torque limiter anymore and was as quick or quicker than the manual. 300hp inline 5 turbo, AWD, so much fun and unique. It was a fantastic car, however pretty small for two kids. Also, repairs on it were astronomical and it's a car notorious for major failures as it ages. I don't have any regrets, but it was an awesome car, loved it!

Hard to fallow that!!
Sorry i dont have any pic; lost photos, comps **** the bed, and forgot where to find the others. Tryin to locate them.
2002 Nissan Xterra SE V6 2.5" Rancho lift, 3" Calmini BL, 33" GY MT/R's, ARB front with Warn 8k winch, ARB F/R lockers with air system.
2005 Nissan Titan SE CC 6/3" Fabtech, 36/13.5/20 Nitto's on 20x12 black Helo Maxx 6's, Stillen S/C, Stillen programmer, advanced timing, true dual flowmaster 50's, Volant intake(376 rwh/ 496 rwt).
Traded the titan in for a new 2007 4runner sport 4x4. I did the modding/enhancing for a bit and really enjoyed it but bills and payments caught up to me! Next thing i know it, i have an office job paying off my debt but have caught the modding bug again!
Only thing now is a set of 265/70/17 studded snow tires. I will have a Cornfed 3/1" spacer lift by spring but will eventually upgrade to FJ coils and bilstein 5100's once my XREAS sh!s the bed!! Then the Toytec Ultimate lift once i can actually save some $$!

Yeah that picture was early last year. The Continental GT is gone in lieu of a 2010 E550 4MATIC. The Bentley was a nice car, but my mom must have gotten a lemon, I swear that thing was at the dealership getting worked on some electrical problem more than it was driven. She drives the E550 in good weather and the Cayenne in bad weather. My dad currently drives a 2008 Audi A8 and also has an '07 Taco Extra Cab TRD Edition. I had an '02 M5 Dinan (in all honesty, the best performing all-around car I've owned or driven) but I totaled it coming around a corner too quick last year -- the back end slid out (DSC was off) and I slammed into a rock/dirt mount along the side of the road, sending the rear axles through the trunk and bending the frame in the rear. I got a steal of a deal on it when I bought it for $13,500 back in 2009 with 104k. I miss it every day, but

With a little bit of work, they handle awesome. They have three separate chassis settings that are fun to mess with, Standard, Sport & Advanced. Advanced is super fun and you are glued to the road, but it's so stiff you can't really drive like that for long. Lots of guys put front and rear track sways on them to help out as well. It's all controlled off of what's called a 4C Suspension, Continuously Controlled Chassis (something). Basically monitors every movement the car makes at all times and reacts accordingly. It's a cool system, but one that is difficult to work around as anything you change it sees and you need to recalibrate the system.
It was a really fun/cool car and had the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in, flat out. I miss it a lot, but I knew the time was coming, it just wasn't very big. It didn't last 48 hours at the dealer and it sold, I knew it would.
