My first car (when I was 17) was a 1987 Nissan Sentra two-door. I don't have any pictures, because digital camera's weren't invented yet. Well...they weren't popular anyway. The car was red with a gray vinyl interior, 5-speed manual, and an engine so tiny, turning the A/C off was like hitting the nitrous button.

Not my car, but this is exactly what it looked like minus the wheels.

Then, since my family is Mopar all the way, all the time, I upgraded to a Neon.

2000 Dodge Neon. Auto, mismatching paint, steel wheels. But I loved it and it ran good. Didn't modify it at all.

Upgraded to a better Neon. 5-speed, better color, low miles. I modified this one for a long time...

2000 Dodge Neon "The Silver Bullet"

At the same time that I had this ^ car, my brother had this 2002 Neon, and we turned it into this:

Then I did a major upgrade to my all time favorite car, something I hope to again own when I can afford two cars.

2006 VW GTI. 6speed, 2.0T, APR tuned.

Finally, I bought my first 4Runner. Love at first...first...well...I dunno. I loved it right away.

1996 Limited. 3" lift, 285 BFG's, awesome condition.

Sold that ^ '96 to my brother, and bought my '99. My brother sold the yellow turbo'd Neon to my dad in order to buy the '96. That way it would stay in the family. Dad and I are still working on it.

I had that back in 1998 when I was in HS...when gas was $1.09/gallon.

Mine was red too...just like the picture.

And I had mine from 1999-2001. When gas was between $1.00 and $1.15/gal. I very clearly remember filling up my entire tank (which was good for 400 miles of driving) for $10 or $11. Seems almost stupid now. I fill up my tank and it costs $55. And it's good for 200 miles.

1999 = $10 for 400 miles

2011 = $110 for 400 miles

1987 Toyota Pickup, 22R, 2wd, short bed, short cab... It was lowered, I rebuild the engine with a fully upgraded bottom end, valvetrain, and a port and polish. I was going to run nitrous on it... but I never got there.

1985 Toyota Camry... blah... but still a 'Yota!

The truck got hit, and I sold the Camry. Used the proceeds plus the insurance money to buy this...

I built the Supra, then found out I needed a 4wd... so I got my '97 T4R

I put too many miles on the '97 so I got an '01 and built it.

I still own the Supra and the '97. I need to sell a car already. I just find it so hard to let go.... Plus, they're like dogs, they need company.

'91 Mustang GT 5-speed

I had a 98 4runner 2.7 base model which I LOVED

Then, for some reason, I bought a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon. It was fun to drive but did not fit my lifestyle as a gigging drummer, LOL.

Now I got my senses back again

I just love how good the color combo works with that wheel.

It has to be the best looking wheel ever made for Toyota trucks. I am so glad to have a set of my own.

Looks great man, glad you're back!

Thanks man. Yeah I was determined to get these wheels for my truck, I love the design and I thought the color fit the Thundercloud paint perfectly. I was lucky to find a Tundra owner willing to trade me because it was rolling on these horrors when I bought it!
