momo, good question. They sure are weird. In the lower left hand corner, it looks like it says IPF......which I think is a brand in Japan or a line of parts that a larger company carries.
I assume you are talking about this #6 (maybe I should have had more descriptive text). It is pictured larger in the previous post:

i think it's actually a tint they put on the headlights and not a cover.

Could those be LEDs and not brackets? Probably not, but it was something that went through my mind. What's the yellow all about?
