I'm gonna try for this one tomorrow. I live in Tennessee and it's full of trashy people... lots of opportunities. I have to take our trash to the dump tomorrow and I have scoped out some cleaner looking boxes, etc. that I can try to photo and pick up. I don't want to put just any kind of trash in the 4Runner.

Pushing the game forward. Here’s an item that exactly matches the challenge. I can’t/won’t try to pick it up and the city will eventually get it. Unfortunately, with all the brain-dead inbreds that inhabit our more rural areas (this is in city limits but next to lots of rural land), this is a common occurrence.
Next challenge: Your ride with some snow or beautiful weather in the scene.

Neat! What is that thing?
We're headed into the mountains tomorrow for a hike. Here's the the point forecast for our destination. Should be easy to get a shot that includes both snow and beautiful weather.

It's an old big screen projection TV. Which is kind of amazing since for years you could buy an equivalent size flat screen for as little as a couple hundred bucks. But they couldn't go the extra mile to the convenience center (dump) that is down the road.
Good luck on the hike and the weather. Don't forget the picture.

I’ve been looking for road junk for a while but had to go to an apartment neighborhood to find this. Looks like a kid’s rideable Barbie jeep that’s been trashed and abandoned.

Back when I had my Rubicon, I was working a project at a place where the guys gave me a hard time over the Jeep. They were all bro-dozer drivers. They would say things like, "Jeeps are great... every teenage girl wants one." LOL Maybe the Barbie Jeep is what starts that.
Anyway,
@ PaulsTrail
owes us a purdy picture from his weekend exploits.

Here you go.
Last weekend's trip didn't work out. The road leading to our destination was closed due to high winds and drifted snow, so we went back home and instead headed to a more accessible spot in the the mountains today for a snowshoe/hike to the 13,006 ft. summit of Pennsylvania Mountain. Here's a picture at the trailhead in the morning, a view from the summit, and the trailhead in the afternoon. We had the whole place to ourselves today.
Next: Your vehicle at a scenic overlook. Anything from a mountain pullout to a highway overpass.

What makes them so expensive? One reason is that due to the long generations, even ten year old 4Runners look relevant. They also employ much of the same mechanics that make these Toyota SUVs so capable.

4Runner photo game
First time posting in this thread, but I think this satisfies the requirement. This is Donner Pass.
Next: Your vehicle on a college campus

Welcome, and thanks for playing. We obviously need more people because the game moves slowly, but we get some good pics out it. I've been over Donner Pass several times... great views!

I drove into the covid-closed DeAnza College in Cupertino.
Next Up; Your machine next to one of those freaky, bendy, blow-up advertising guys you see at car dealerships and furniture stores.

Ima try to not break out the CVPI unless the challenge languishes for a while.
I feel like 5 days is an appropriate time to wait, though.
The only driving in my 4R I've done in a week or more has been to the mechanic to get the ECGS needle bearing replacement bushing installed... we're going for 6 days to Anza-Borrego desert in early March so hopefully I can get some 4R windshield time then...
.
.
Next up, your 4R or your 2011 Ford Crown Victoria (or your Jeep, I guess) at a sign that proclaims something as "Beautiful"
.

That bendy guy looks like he’s either saluting you or dropping a rock on your car. Ha!
